What our classes cover
Structured Training
Each session follows a structured format: warm-up to prepare your body, basic drills with pads to build technique, partnered work to practice application, and cool-down or conditioning to finish strong.
All Levels Welcome
Classes are designed for teens and adults of all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. All training equipment is provided—just bring comfortable athletic clothing and an open mind.

Do I need any prior experience?
Not at all. Most students start with zero experience. Classes are designed to accommodate all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
What if I'm not in great shape?
Come as you are. Training will improve your fitness over time, and we scale intensity to individual capabilities. Self-defense skills work regardless of your current fitness level.
Will there be contact or sparring?
We teach partnered drills. No contact is allowed.
